Tour Brasile Bloco Malagasy

From July 3rd to August 3rd 2014, the NGO Bel Avenir brings 10 girls of the Bloco Malagasy in tour in Brazil to promote an intercultural exchange between malagasy and brazilian youth living at risk of social exclusion.

The Bloco Malagasy is a group of batucada music (Afro-Brazilian percussions) composed by more than 130 girls aged between 12 and 24 years old, originating from Tulear, a city in the south-west of Madagascar.

During the visit in the cities of Recife, Salvador de Bahia, Rio de Janeiro and Sao Paulo, the Bloco Malagasy meets associations active in the arts and social.
