The Fekat Circus has come out with a video of the Smile’s Medicine Project, now available on Youtube at the following link: Video The Smile’s Medicine Project.
The video was realized with contributions from AMI and AMG by Shimelis Getachew, a doctor-clown and the coordinator of The Smile’s Medicine project, and follows the work undertaken by the clown-doctors and animators who bring smiles five days a week to the faces of the young patients of the Pediatric and Pediatric Cancer Ward of the Black Lion Hospital in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The Smile’s Medicine project has been supported by AMG from 2009 and by AMI, in partnership with AMG, since 2012.
